QCare ("we", "us", or "our") operates a clinic queue management platform available at qcare.co.in and via the QCare TV app on Amazon Fire TV. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Patient registration data: When a patient registers at a clinic using QCare, we collect their name, age, gender, and phone number. This information is entered voluntarily by the patient and is used solely to manage the clinic queue.
WhatsApp consent: Patients may optionally consent to receive WhatsApp notifications about their token status. We only send messages if consent is given.
Clinic staff data: Clinic administrators and receptionists provide an email address or phone number to create an account.
QCare TV app: The Fire TV app collects no personal data. It only stores the Clinic ID and PIN entered during setup on the local device.
Patient token records are retained for a period configured by the clinic (default 30 days) and then automatically deleted. Clinic staff accounts are retained for as long as the clinic subscription is active.
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enforced. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to patient data is restricted to staff of the same clinic.
We use the following third-party services:
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@qcare.co.in.
QCare is a business tool intended for use by clinics and their adult staff. The QCare TV app is a display-only application with no user interaction or data collection.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of QCare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
