Clinic Queue Management
in Tamil Nadu, in Tamil
Patients scan a QR code and get their token on WhatsApp. The waiting room TV shows the queue and calls each token aloud in Tamil. No printer, no kiosk, no app for patients.
What clinic queue management means for a Tamil Nadu clinic
Clinic queue management is software that gives each patient a token, shows where every token stands in the doctor's queue, and tells the patient when their turn is near. In a Tamil Nadu clinic it also has to speak the patient's language: the form they fill in, the token page they follow and the name the TV calls out.
QCare works with walk-ins and with booked visits, for one doctor or several, and each doctor can use a different way of giving tokens. The clinic admin sets Tamil as the second language in Settings; patients get a Tamil and English toggle on the registration page and the TV becomes bilingual.
தமிழில் பயன்படுத்துங்கள் · Tamil language support
Tamil is a second language in QCare, next to English. Patients read and hear their queue in the language they speak at home.
How a visit works
No app to install, and nothing for the patient to learn.
Works in every Tamil Nadu town
QCare is cloud software. A clinic in Madurai, Salem or a small town needs nothing installed: add the doctors, print the QR sticker and connect a TV. We have city pages with local detail for:

Frequently Asked Questions
Does QCare work in Tamil?+
Yes. Tamil is available as a second language next to English. The registration page and the token page get a Tamil and English toggle, the TV announces tokens in Tamil, and WhatsApp cancellation notices go out in Tamil. The clinic admin chooses the language in Settings.
Is QCare available in my town in Tamil Nadu?+
Yes. QCare is cloud software, so it works in any town in Tamil Nadu, from Chennai and Coimbatore to smaller towns. There is nothing to install: you add your doctors, print the QR sticker and connect a TV.
How much does QCare cost for a Tamil Nadu clinic?+
QCare costs ₹2,499 a month for a single-doctor clinic (Starter) and ₹3,999 a month for up to five doctors (Growth), with lower rates on annual billing. The first 14 days are free and need no credit card.
Do patients need to install an app?+
No. Patients scan the QR code with their phone camera, fill in a short form and get their token on WhatsApp. If a patient has no phone, the front desk adds them and the TV shows their token.
Do we need a token printer or kiosk?+
No. Tokens are digital. The only hardware is a TV stick (Amazon Fire Stick) for the waiting room display, so most clinics are set up in a single working day.
